Having a Place Card Backup

Place cards can add a fun little twist for your guest.  Whether they are brightly colored tent cards in alphabetical rows, baseball with your name and the event printed on them or hanging from a Manzanita branch then placed on miniature champagnes flutes with hooks, my suggestion to you is, have a back-up.  Tables get bumped, cards get accidentally taken and guest arrive late and just want to know where they should sit. I always have one of my assistant available with an alphabetical list of the guest and where they are seated along with a diagram of the tables and their names or numbers. Just one more tip to help the day run smoother.
